Returns and Exchanges
We don't accept returns or exchanges, because all items are made on order (individually)


Refunds
Generally, we don't refund orders, because all items are made individually for you. But we guarantee that you receive all items you ordered in the same condition as described on the item page. We will resend the item(s) to your shipping address if:

1 - Your order was damaged during the delivery and you're able to show us photos of all damaged items.

2 - Your order was lost in mail, and tracking info confirms this.

3 - Your order wasn't delivered in time. Please read shipping policy to learn about our processing and shipping time.

4 - You received the wrong item(s) and you're able to show us photos of the wrong items you received.

5 - You received a defective item(s) and you're able to show us photos of the defective items.

We consider all cases individually. And we do our best to help you with any issue.

Please contact us within 6 hours after the order is placed to request cancellation.
