Sizes 9x12 and smaller are delivered in stay-flat mailers. Likewise, larger size prints are shipped in tubes to avoid damage during shipping

Prints were delivered fast which was the best part about this. What went wrong was I asked for my prints to be Horizontal and they arrived vertically. When I brought this to sellers attention, seller mentioned it was not possible since photos were sent vertical. It was never communicated during our conversations that this would be an issue. In order to get a refund, I must send prints back and pay for the shipping myself! BE AWARE when communicating with this seller. DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS
